Dear Evergreen Families,

We will be moving back to the following concert formats for the 2023-2024 school year in an effort to ensure all family members are able to attend and enjoy students' performances.   For the 2023-2024 school year we will be having a K-2 Winter concert and a 3-5 and EES Spring concert.  

Performances will be held during the day at the times scheduled below.  We want to ensure that all students have the opportunity to perform and that families have enough advanced warning for scheduling purposes. Each grade will perform on its own and be open to families of students in that grade only. We are hopeful that this format will allow us to adhere to fire-code capacity and insurance regulations in the gym while also allowing for all family members to attend.
