Dear Evergreen Families,

A huge thanks to our School Council, a group of dedicated parent volunteers, for hosting a fantastic Halloween Howl dance on Thursday night.  Families boogied the night away, costumes were spookily awesome,  pizza and snacks were delicious and the energy was frightfully fun!

Evergreen Swag/Apparel: Last chance to for purchase through your Healthy Hunger account. www.healthyhunger.ca  The order deadline is November 3rd, 2023.  New this year is apparel for Pink Shirt Day.  Don’t forget to check out the super soft hoodies and awesome baseball caps - great for keeping the sun out of your eyes on hot summer days!

Halloween Festivities: All students are invited to wear their Halloween costumes to school on Monday, October 31st if they would like.  Please ensure that costumes are school appropriate (no weapons or scary blood/gore). Please also consider that masks and other costume props may interfere with learning and students will be asked to remove them and/or put them with their backpacks for the day.  Please do not send any edible treats to school for your child to share with their classmates.  Due to the number of allergies at Evergreen School, we will not distribute any edible treats brought in and will return them with your child.  Thank you for keeping all our students safe.
