Student Learning Conferences: Conferences are coming up on Thursday, October 19th between 4:00pm and 8:00pm for grades 1-5 and 12:00pm-8pm for Kindergarten and Friday, October 20th, between 8:00am and 12:00pm K-5.  This will be an opportunity for you to meet with your child’s homeroom teacher to discuss their progress in learning at this time.  Conferences are booked through your MyCBE Account.  Booking is now open.

How to Book a School Conference

1. Log-in to MyCBE. If you do not have an account, follow the Create a MyCBE Account instructions.

1. Click on the My School Conferences icon.

1. Click on the time slot that is available and convenient for you. Ensure pop-up windows are allowed.

1. In the pop-up window, you will choose your child (you have the option to enter the student's name), the name of the parent / guardian is pre-filled, but can also be changed.

Healthy Hunger:  All fun lunch dates are now available to order via www.healthyhunger.ca.

Evergreen Swag/Apparel: is now available for purchase through your Healthy Hunger account.  The order deadline is November 3rd, 2023.  New this year is apparel for Pink Shirt Day.  Don’t forget to check out the super soft hoodies and awesome baseball caps - great for keeping the sun out of your eyes on hot summer days!

Curriculum Parent Focus Group Opportunity: On Monday, Oct. 30, 2023, Alberta Education will host a focus group with the intention of seeking feedback from parents. The focus group will meet from 7 - 8:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Purpose: To collect insight from a parent perspective to update the old “My Child's Learning: A Parent Resource" website into a brand new space that will be hosted on new.LearnAlberta.ca.

Conferences POTLuck: Prepare a dish to feed our amazing teachers the night of student learning conferences. The theme is Breakfast for Dinner.  If your family has a favourite Breakfast dish that would be a good alternative to the quiche dishes suggested; just indicate the name in the comments when you sign up.  (i.e. Wifesaver)
