It’s amazing when our local community members come to Evergreen to teach us about their jobs. Grade 2’s were excited to welcome Constable Mike Kruger into their classrooms to learn not only about his job but also how to recognize and manage emotions like anger. Constable Kruger showed students his “just in case tools” like his walkie talkie and handcuffs but also spoke about the most important tool we have – our brain. Our brain helps us make good decisions and choices and helps us to learn from our mistakes. Thanks Constable Kruger!
Sincerely,
